L'affiche est divisée en deux parties : au second plan, le visage d'un soldat allemand casqué, sur fond rouge ; au premier plan, deux files d'ouvriers qui se rendent à l'usine au loin.
Les slogans, en haut et en bas de l'affiche permettent de mettre en relation les deux parties de l'image : les soldats donnent leur sang, les ouvriers doivent donner leur travail..."pour sauver l'Europe du bolchevisme", sous-entendu pour soutenir l'Allemagne nazie. Le fond rouge correspond au sang, à la douleur du soldat ; il peut aussi évoquer le combat contre le communisme...
Avec cette affiche, les Allemands incitent les ouvriers à aller travailler dans les usines du Reich. Cette main d'oeuvre doit venir complèter celle composée des prisonniers de guerre travaillant dans les usines et participant à l'effort de guerre. Cette affiche lance donc un appel aux volontaires qui veulent aider l'Allemagne à gagner la guerre et ainsi, "à sauver l'Europe du Bolchevisme".
Le travail en Allemagne comme devoir patriotique devint un sujet de propagande à la radio comme dans les actualités cinématographiques. Le point culminant de la propagande fut atteint le 1er août 1942 à Compiègne lorsque le premier train de prisonniers de guerre libérés croisant celui des travailleurs volontaires de la « Relève » en partance pour l´Allemagne fut mis en scène. D´autres produits de la propagande appelant au combat anti-bolchevique au côté de l´Allemagne eurent beaucoup moins de succès. Mais ce n’est certainement pas du seul fait d’une propagande maladroite [1] que le nombre de volontaires pour l´Allemagne resta très en deçà des attentes de Vichy. Au lieu des 150.000 escomptés, seuls 17.000 ouvriers qualifiés s´étaient engagés entre juin et août 1941.

Poster, that is printed in colour depicts a mother running worried after his son while playing with a ball in a road.
IT says "Die Fahrbahn ist kein Spielplatz" / "The road isn't a playground".

This very hard to find anti-semitic 7 x 9-3/4 inch, 64-pages soft cover book by Dr. Hans Diebow was published 1939 by Central Publishing House of the NSDAP in Berlin. The copy offered for sale was published 1941. The book contains more than 100 photos on Jewry in the United States of America, of course mostly criminals, politicians or dirty ghetto Jews! The cover shows some signs of wear and there are two small pieces missing of the back cover (see photo bottom left), otherwise good condition.
Third Reich publications like this were of course at the top of the Allies' lists of Nazi literature that had to be destroyed in 1945 and very few copies survived!
