German 1000 mark note overprinted with an antisemitic slogan on the back telling to not give that money to the jews...
accusing the Jews of hoarding all the gold, silver, and money, and leaving dreck. It urges people to vote all Jews and Marxists out.
The bank note, was issued as emergency currency in 1922, during a period of hyperinflation in the newly formed German republic. The government reacted to the financial crisis by printing more and more money, catastrophically depreciating the currency.

THIS COMES FROM A EX-EMPLOYEE OF AUSCHWITZ IN THE 80s who "picked up" some inmate's personal belonging in the archives of auschwitz.
he explained to me that it was too many items and some extra went to trash and he picked up some.
provenance is 100%, i saw some employee documents with his photos and old photos of him with the items he picked up.
unfortunately, he wanted to keep these private.
this is almost the last item i have from this.
