This is the standard 4-1/2 x 6-1/2 inch, 782 page flexible red cloth cover edition of Mein Kampf by Adolf Hitler as published by the Central Publishing House of the Nazi Party, Franz Eher Successors in München (Munich), Germany and printed by Waldheim-Eberle, Müller & Son, Wien (Vienna), Germany in 1941.

At the time of its printing there were over 7,380,000 copies of Mein Kampf in print!

This edition of Mein Kampf was sold very heavily by the German Post Office as the Feldpost edition and originally came packaged in a small chipboard box, ready to be addressed to a soldier at the front. This example is in very good condition, it looks like it was never read. The cover is still covered in transluscent Third Reich shiny glassine paper

Reinhard Heydrich Assassination WAFFEN SS CHIEF Police General Honors gazette journal

Reinhard Tristan Eugen Heydrich (7 March 1904 – 4 June 1942) was a high-ranking German SS and police official during the Nazi era and a principal architect of the Holocaust. He was chief of the Reich Security Main Office (including the Gestapo, Kripo, and SD). He was also Stellvertretender Reichsprotektor (Deputy/Acting Reich-Protector) of Bohemia and Moravia. He served as president of the International Criminal Police Commission (ICPC, later known as Interpol) and chaired the January 1942 Wannsee Conference which formalised plans for the "Final Solution to the Jewish Question"—the deportation and genocide of all Jews in German-occupied Europe.

Many historians regard Heydrich as the darkest figure within the Nazi regime; Adolf Hitler described him as "the man with the iron heart". He was the founding head of the Sicherheitsdienst (Security Service, SD), an intelligence organisation charged with seeking out and neutralising resistance to the Nazi Party via arrests, deportations, and murders. He helped organise Kristallnacht, a series of coordinated attacks against Jews throughout Nazi Germany and parts of Austria on 9–10 November 1938. The attacks were carried out by SA stormtroopers and civilians and presaged the Holocaust. Upon his arrival in Prague, Heydrich sought to eliminate opposition to the Nazi occupation by suppressing Czech culture and deporting and executing members of the Czech resistance. He was directly responsible for the Einsatzgruppen, the special task forces that travelled in the wake of the German armies and murdered more than two million people by mass shooting and gassing, including 1.3 million Jews.

Heydrich was mortally wounded in Prague on 27 May 1942 as a result of Operation Anthropoid. He was ambushed by a team of Czech and Slovak soldiers who had been sent by the Czechoslovak government-in-exile to kill the Reich-Protector; the team was trained by the British Special Operations Executive. Heydrich died from his injuries a week later. Nazi intelligence falsely linked the Czech and Slovak soldiers and resistance partisans to the villages of Lidice and Ležáky. Both villages were razed; the men and boys age 14 and above were shot, and most of the women and children were deported and murdered in Nazi concentration camps.

WW2 GERMAN NAZI NICE ADOLF HITLER WEDDING EDITION MEIN KAMPF RARE BOOK

Offered for sale is a RARE ORIGINAL 1938 WEDDING EDITION OF “ADOLF HITLER’S MEIN KAMPF”.

Adolf Hitler’s autobiography and political manifest. The copy that is offered for sale was published in 1938 by Central Publishing House of the NSDAP, Franz Eher, Nachf. in Munich, Germany in the 385th – 389th edition. In 1935, the Eher publishing house presented Hitler with the idea of giving a specially printed edition of Mein Kampf to every newly wed couple on the day of their wedding. This edition was published with a leather spine and would contain an extra presentation page in the front with blanks for the names of bride and groom and the signature of the mayor of the city, town or village. The book is in very nice condition. The binding is tight and all pages are intact. The standard editions of Mein Kampf were published in the same size as a standard German bible. The reason for that was that Hitler hoped that his book would eventually replace the bible in German households!

Hitler dictated this book to his secretary, Rudolf Hess while imprisoned in Landsberg after the failed 1923 revolution. The first editions, published in 1925 (Band I or Volume One) and 1926 (Band II or Volume Two) were published in separate volumes. With only a few exceptions (special editions) all subsequent Third Reich editions (1933 to 1945) contained both volumes combined in one book. Very few copies of the first editions have survived. When his book first came out it was not a success, few people cared about the book in 1925 which would almost have had a much longer title. The original title Hitler chose was “Viereinhalb Jahre [des Kampfes] gegen Lüge, Dummheit und Feigheit” (Four and a Half Years [of Struggle] against Lies, Stupidity and Cowardice). His Nazi publisher, Max Amann, decided this title was too complicated and had it shortened to Mein Kampf (simply “My Struggle”). Before Hitler became Reichs Chancellor of Germany in 1933, Mein Kampf sold very slowly; but in 1933 alone 1.5 million copies were sold.

RARE Waffen SS Heinrich Himmler CHRISTMAS book made for SS & Police Personel 1943/44 Deutsches Weihnachtsbuch 1943

Superb piece.
Very rare Christmas book issued to SS men and their families. This is the harder to find winter '43/'44 version. The Reichsführer-SS, SS-Hauptamt (Main Office) in Berlin was responsible for the publication and distribution each year of a book called the Deutsches Weihnachtsbuch (German Christmas book). The books were printed either by the SS’ own publisher, Nordland Verlag in Berlin or F. Bruckmann in München (Munich) and sent out to the families of SS officers and SS men prior to Christmas. The 8-3/8 x 10-1/4 inch, 100+ page, very heavily illustrated softcover books always bear the imprint of the Reichsführer-SS (Heinrich Himmler) and the SS-Hauptamt in Berlin, Germany. This 1943/44 SS Christmas book has 104 heavily illustrated multi-color pages. There are words and music to SS and German songs, color photos, runic graphics, woodcuts, patriotic and pure-blood poems, Christmas stories, Nazi history, quotes from Adolf Hitler, soldier stories, mother and children material, etc. It also contains a full-page Krenzer pencil portrait of the Führer and considerable East Front content. This original 70+ year old example of the 1943/44 Christmas book for SS and Police personnel published by Nordland Verlag in Berlin is among the best we have been able to purchase in the last 25 years. It is in excellent, near-new condition. Very good condition and beautifully illustrated. The perfect display item with a Julleuchter. a copy document is included as bonus.
